A: With the Web Calendar a passenger can see the Flight Calendar and request a trip or a seat on an existing trip if seats are available.
Q: Can itineraries be sent to calendars?
A: A trip itinerary can be sent as an appointment to Outlook Calendars
Q: Is there Fuel Pricing integration?
A: Yes, FT Primus allow the user to set up to six (6) contract vendors to easily check fuel pricing.
Q: Can software be used on mobile devices?
A: FT Primus is flexible enough to be used on mobile devices, both IOS and Android.
Q: Can APIS be filed from software?
A: There is an option to file APIS from the trip menu.
Q: How many users can we have?
A: FT Primus is not limited on the number of users who can access the software. The base package comes with 3 concurrent users. If the operation needs additional users, they can be added at an additional cost.
Q: How many aircraft can we have?
A:There is not a limit to the number of aircraft that can be scheduled in FT Primus. This is a cost-effective option for management companies who are managing operations for multiple aircraft and or owners.
Q: Does the software have SMS reporting available?
A: Each trip can be evaluated using your own RAT and SMS to generate a SMS report which is sent with the trip sheet to the crew.
Q: Are there expense tracking reports?
A:FT Primus has the ability to track aircraft trip, crew and other aircraft expenses and reports can be easily emailed to the appropriate parties as a PDF or Excel spreadsheet.
